Hi, I have about 25 feet of metal fencing bordering my property, and neighbor built a 6 foot wood fence in back and almost touching mine. Is there some way to hide both fences by adding height to my metal fence, and then perhaps growing a climbing plant or something. Also, this area is in the shade.
