    Metal to pvc
Can you install brass or other metal pipes directly to a pvc fitting more specifically a male metal fitting into a female pvc fitting?

Yes. Use Teflon tape on the male threads clockwise (looking at the threads/fitting head on) . Don't over tighten.

Its done every day in the plumbing trade.

You have to go with PVC Male to Copper female.

If you go with Copper Male to PVC Female, the female fitting will eventually split producing leak in the process
