What are the procedural steps in obtaining early probation on borwaerd county
1. half the time is served
2. all fines and restitution paid as well as any test s and rwqiuirements all paid and completesd , all results in compliance

3. probation officer is 100% behind me\
4. applying for important job in community need to be off

I looked at the BSO probation website, and they didn't give an answer. But... It did give me the numbers for all of the offices. I suppose you can call the main one, and someone could help you. Here's the link:

Great, your PO should have a written form to request it, that you submit, he signs, his superviser signs and it goes to the judge.

So ask the PO he is the one with the rule book.

Years ago a friend of mine had a great PO in Broward County. They were on 5 years probation for drugs. After 2 1/2 years with all provisions met, the PO filed the paperwork for them with the Judge and they got the early termination. If you do have a great PO, talk it over with them.
