Just need what ever you guys know about this situation. The horn, cruise control, radio volume buttons don't work. Oh yes I checked all the fuses. They are all good. Could it be because of the alarm system? I don't know somebody please help me out.

How did you check the fuses. Visual? Or with a test meter? I suspect that all of those items are on one fuse maybe under hood fuse panel first.

The fuse may be good but the contacts may be corroded. Clean contacts with steel wool or abrasive cloth--afterwards, apply a light coating of dielectric grease. Therefore, test all underdash and underhood fuses with a test light or multimeter:
