Rights to non- biological during divorce.
I live in Broward Courty fla. I would like to know if I have any legal custody rights, if the father agrees, to a non-biological child after we divoice. Her Biological mother is still alive.
Is it possible to have 25% custody or something of the sort. We were married for 5 year. The child in question is 9.

If he agrees, anything is possible. Technically you have no legal rights, however. Basically it would be the ex allowing you to see his child. But the court would not be able to enforce anything.

You need the agreement of both parents, of which she has the most control. Pennsylvania is the only state where you have legal standing in such a case.
