    Child support
My baby's father is not on the birthcertificate and where I'm getting TANF the courts are making him pay child support... Well is there a way I can get the child support but not let him have the right to see me baby?

Nope. If he is being hit for child support then he is considered the legal father. As the legal father he has the right to file for visitation and joint legal custody.

Unless you can prove he represents a danger to the child, he has the same rights as any father.

Sorry - you can't have it both ways.
