    How I can get full custody of my son
    I have my son with women that she does not have legal paper to work in usa my son is 2 and half now ,he was living with me and his mother and my wife in the same apt for year and half and I never ask her for a dime I was paying the rent ,the water ,the elec... but I could't deal with the drama (my wife and my ex) and I did ask her out .and now she did't want me to see my son until I start paying her child support (she just left the apt a week ago) any one know if I have chance to get full custody of my son cause she can not work in usa and she can not support her self and my son any help plzzzz thank you

    Frankly, you should have thought of this before you asked her to leave (I assume that's what you meant by "ask her out", that usually refers to dating).

    Now that she has moved out, I don't think you stand much of a chance of getting full custody. But you should get visitation rights and that isn't contingent on child support.

    I suggest you consult a family law attorney as to what you can and can't do.

    @ scottgem but how she will support the baby if she can't work , I think my son will live better with me I have good income and I'm married now ,but the mother no income no place now she live with 10 people in one house .and I have feeling that she is ganna take my son out side the state without asking me cause he have passport already (sorry about my poor english) thank you very much for your help

    That's why you need to act immediately. Maybe you can convince a judge that the mother can't provide for him. Or maybe the judge just orders you to pay support. But, if you don't act immediately she may move. You have to start getting visitation ordered by the court. Once its ordered, ask that his passport be surrendered so she can't flee.

    Consult with an attorney as soon as possible. If she is unable to provide a stable environment for the child, you may have a good case. But without getting the law involved there is not much else you can do.
