Does anyone know the name of the song playing in the background?

I can't determine what it is by listening. My iPhone opens this link on the page, and not on YouTube, so I can't view comments, video name, tags, or related videos for clues. All I could determine from listening is that it was in Las Vegas, she is Ashley Roberts, and Sara Vandella comes over to compliment her. Music sounds like "Groove is in the Heart" by Dee-Lite played backwards, but I know that's not the answer!!
