    9 weeks since last period
    Hi guys,

Not posted in a while. What does it mean if there has been a 9-week gap since last period, and it is definitely not pregnancy? Has anyone else has a similar thing? Can a cycle be this long?
Just looking for opinions and other comparable experiences.

    Possibly stress?

It happens to me when I am SUPER stressed out. Do anything you can to try to relax.

Hm, maybe. Definitely odd. Not been under a lot of stress particularly.

It could be a number of things. Change in diet, change in hormones, stress as everybody else mentioned.

Anything is possible but many people experience this at one point or another...

Sometimes a change in weight can be the culprit, or new medications possibly

Nine weeks is a long time... perhaps you should book a visit to your OBGYN just to be safe.

smoothy is right, i would see the GYN, just in case...mine has been late, but not THAT late, unless I was pregnant...

While I would also go see the doctor, I've had my period 2 months late before and the doctor put me on the pill to regulate my period. I wasn't pregnant

I did have a bit of weightloss without noticing, I have spoken to my doc, she ordered tests but everything came back normal. I also had an internal, also normal. Maybe it's a fluke.
