    Replacing a shower drain
I have ripped out the old tile and backerboard from my old shower and now I'm down to the studs and concrete floor. I am now trying to replace the old shower drain and the new one I have won't fit in the opening. I have no clue what to do now. If anyone has had this problem and could help I would appreciate it.

First of all what material are we working with? Plastic or cast iron pipes? Do you have a shower pan or was the shower on a slab and hot mopped? Before we can help we have to know what you have and you haven't filled in the blanks. How about some details. Do you recognize recognize any of these drains? Let me kjnow. Tom
