I live in Orange County, CA in a mobilehome park. I want to find out who owns the land this mobilehome park is on.

Contact the County. They will be able to advise you just who owns the property.

Two things to check, go to the recorder of deeds office and see whose name the deed is in, also you can see if there is any liens on the property.

You can go to the property tax office and see who is paying the tax on the property.

So you believe the owner of the park are not the owners of the land?

As noted, the county clerk's office is responsible for deeds.

I'm curious as to why you want this info.
