Hey I have a Friend and she accidentally deleted her contacts on her blackberry how can she get it all back. Ohh and she also deleted her blacberry messenger. How can she get it all back.

Could you please expedise what the issue is... is it the phone contacts or the messenger contacts... if messenger contacts?? Then which messenger is she using on blackberry is it Yahoo messenger or hotmail or sametime??

I don't know of a way to get the contacts back unless she had them backed up onto her computer. A disk comes with the phone for you to be able to sync up the phone with a PC to save pics, contacts, etc.

If he sync the blacberry he can only get the outlook contacts and if he has saved the contacts from his sim card then they gets saved in a different format...
But she deleted the contacts from messenger... so I'm not sure of what she deleted...

I was telling the OP that it comes with a disk to download BB software onto a PC. The user should occasionally connect the phone to the PC to backup data. The data would not be saved in a different format; it's saved to a program called Blackberry Desktop Manager. This way you can transfer data from phone to PC. If she didn't back up the list of contacts then the info is lost.

If she deleted the Blackberry Messenger application (although check to see if it's "hidden"), she should be able to find the app online.
