    Orthotrycycline Birth Control Pill
I have been on the orthotrycycline pill for about 7-8 years now. I’ve heard that when women are on the pill for too many years (too many meaning 7-8 years) you can become sterile. That your uterus gets used to the pill and after you stop taking the pill and want to get pregnant the uterus automatically just rejects the sperm and you cannot reproduce. Is this true? Are there any serious side effects by using the orthotrycycline pill such as infertility? Should I stop taking it for a couple months and then get on it again?

I've never heard that, I used to take that pill. But the hormone dosage was too low and I was getting two periods a month. Anyway, I've never heard that it can make you sterile, but I have heard that it'll take you a while to get pregnant because its going to take a while to get the birth control out of your system.
