    Judgements prior to bankruptcy
Quick question If a person has already received two judgements and is considering bankruptcy and if these are included in the bk listing of creditors ,does this mean it will stay on your credit report but the judgement will not be able to be acted on?

Yes. Your credit report will show that you had judgments which were not carried out due to the bankruptcy discharge.

The judgements showing on a credit report only shows there is a judgement,

The court will be notified of the bankruptcy. The records of the judgements will remain
