Now I don't know if this is the right time to tell her I like her... or wait for her to be single again.

If she has a boyfriend, I wouldn't bother. Be there for her just by being a good friend. She got back together with him, by telling her you like her might just confuse her. Wait till everything is cleared up and she's single. You'll know when the right time will be.

SHould I continue to wait for her to be single? Because I really really love this girl... she is so special to me,. but at the same time I know it's not going to happn for a long time...

just tell her OMG she has already broke up with him they sure as hell are not going to stay Bf and Gf how bad canit go what if she has feelings for you to or even if not a - and a +=+ so give it a try

Stop starting new threads about the same issues. So what if she complaints about her boyfriend must people do. The fact remains that she is still with him. They seem to have and off and on again relationship so you shouldn't want to place yourself in that confusion.

Take the focus off her and find some that is available.
