I was a resident of Texas full time in 2008 with all income from Texas. My wife was in Texas till sept. 2008 with no income and from sept.-dec. she was in Michigan with income. We have filed joint for federal taxes. For Michigan State, we will file joint but have the following qs:

1. Do I attach a copy of MY (texas resident full time) W2 state filing copy with the Michigan state tax since we are filing joint for Michigan state tax.

2. Do we attach a copy of our federal tax return with Michigan state tax return?
