Problem started when replacing house circuit panel, inadvertently tripped 100 amp circuit. It fried the board, I replaced the board igniter lights but no gas is coming through, did I fry something else.

Are you sure you replace with the right board?
Tripping the 100 amp breaker shouldn`t have fried the board
Did you check the transformer?
Re-check your wiring to the new board. Use the furnace electrical diagram for reference, and review the replacement instructions for changes from the original wiring connections.
How you fried the board I can't even imagine but if you did you have to check all the limit switched are made, jump out each one at a time , if any of them have no continuity the furnace will not start and if they are good check voltage at the gas valve with voltmeter usually 24 volts.let me know Mikie D.
