My sister moved to FL and could not get an apartment because of her credit. I signed for the apartment and she was made the co signer. She was late several times occurred late fees and penalities, they were threating to evict her, She moved out about 3 weeks ago without telling me breaking the 18 mo lease, she had lived there about 8 months. They have a $800.00 deposit, will they sue me for breaking the lease or are they glade to be rid of her.
