I have been dealing with a work related accident since June 2004, medical issues have been on going and I did receive w.s.i.b payments until Feb. 2005.

Both my job and w.s.i.b. payments got terminated on the same day
I did appeal the decision within the time frame and nothing has ever come of it


I still struggle day to day with the pain due to this accident, which was in no way due to fault of my own. Someone else's stupidity that caused the accident

Do I have any recourse and are there statue of limitations

Have you contacted a Personal Injury Attorney in your area?

Most of thos cases are taken on a contingency basis, so you don't pay attorney's fees unless they collect on your case and they won't take your case if they don't feel they can collect on your behalf.

Only a PI attorney would be able to determine what merit your case had and they would need all of the information including your medical records and a complete description of your accident. I believe that there are some statues on personal injury claims, so I would talk to an attorney soon.

Are you presently employed? If you are not employed have you tried to file for Disability?

You need to talk to an attorney, since you have not received anything since 2005 your time frame to even sue may have ended. There is a limited time frame to make claim in court.

Also why have you not sued in 4 years
