Many times, a sibling has NO rights to a search, unless there is a medical reason (bone marrow match or something).

I've been looking through many sites. My mom told me when he was born but she doesn't know who the adoptive parents are because it was a closed adoption. I would just really like to know who my brother is and if he lives I the same city as me.
