My name is Sunil Shrestha. I'm an student with a F1 student visa.
Í am graduating these spring semester from the Baltimore City Community College, Baltimore, MD USA. So, I'm applying for OPT and also I'm applying for the Asylum program. Will filing these two things at a same time will create a problem with USCIS or its okay to do so?

I need a legal advice on these matter.

OK to file for both, but consult with an attorney to see if your case will meet the "reasonable fear" minimum. Also you need to see if you meet the 1 year filing deadline.
