What do you want to do? Get out of the deal, get compensation, what?

Compensation I guess, or else the realator reprimanded. The person who sold property is also a realtor

If you want compensation what were your losses?

You can report the realtor to the local real estate board.

The losses were that we had to have an arsnic filter put on our well and it will now be hard to sell this property because we would give a full disclosure

You will have to show that the agent knew that this was a problem. Were the sellers notified of this prior to the sale?
