    Weight fluctuation
Hi:) Ive been trying to lose about 20-25 pounds. I got the first 10 off easily doing a low carb diet but now I seem to stick at the same weight or I bounce 5 to 8 pounds a day:confused: I am female. I don't know if this has to do with water weight or hormones. My bra sizes are always changing when I lose or gain :( When I was real thin at 120 pounds I was a B cup. Now I am 155 pounds at 5'8 and had to buy DDs. It is very annoying that I have 4 different sizes in my closet from my weight changing so much. Does anyone else have this problem or advice on maintaining a healthy weight?

Hey there, I've been having the same problem as you! And the bra situation as well.. grr lol. But I've kind of hit a plateau. To keep those pounds from coming back, you need to trick your body by doing different types of working out. I've been jogging and doing weights just before I go to bed at the same time every night. And it's like my body knows what's going to happen so my weight is staying has been the same for the past 2 weeks.

I also did some research & professionals recommend that you up your intakes a little with some more healthy food that contains a little bit of protein. Also, fasting can help to lose those fluctuating few pounds but don't go to the extreme. Only fast until 2PM and then start eating snacks, then return to your normal diet the next day. Do this fast maybe once a week.

I haven't tried this but I just spent a few hours doing that research online, so hopefully it may benefit you.
