At what pressure will 2" galv pipes explode?
I have been trying to research this all over the place, what is the pressure rating for 2" galvanized steel pipe? What is it's high end psi rating? Any accurate answers would be highly appreciated!

You have to know exactly what pipe you have but this should help. http://www.indpipe.com/images/PDF/ma...ifications.pdf

This would depend upon the pipe wall thickness but figure 150 PSI for standard weight. This is the top working pressure. I don't know of any tables that will tell you how much pressure it would take before the pipe explodes. Why do you ask? Regards, Tom
