I have a dilemna, my family owns a local bakery known for making trademark brownies. Sadly though, my mum wants to sell the bakery but I want to prove to her I am capable of carrying on. I am 25 and this could finally be my big break asi don't have much luck. I wanted to prove I can make just a good a brownie as what she can, except they are awful. Help!

In my book,practice makes perfect so I would suggest doing baking side by side with Mom until you have mastered the art.

I couldn't spread the "love" so soon, artlady! But, learning by teaching and example is excellent!
