Hey I'm 21 years old me and my fiancée have been trying for a baby for 8 months now long process I know lol. But recently been bit of a missing period. I had my last period on the 26th January 2009 came off on the 30th January 2009 I usually count 4 weeks after I finish and always come on that date or where abouts. My body got back on trake pretty quickly after I came on the pill but the last couple of months been a little weird I was two weeks late the other month and on time last but this month I am now 13 days late. On my second day late I had extremlet light pink lasted half hour that was it I did a test which was negative on the 7 days late, ever since there has been nothing. I get quite a lot of bloating lately and at first sickly feeling but not any more. I don't know what's going no can any one talk from experience maybe??

Since your periods have been a bit irregular, you may want to just go to your doctor's and ask about having a blood test done. You could also wait and see if your period is just last again or until your period would be due next month and see what happens... then try another test at that time if still no period.

Hey yeah I was thinking either wait and see if I come on up to my next period or I might just do another test soon and see. But I have so many friends and knows of people who don't actually show up on tests for a while even when they are pregnant. Have you been pregnant before if so what kind of symptoms did you get? How did you know?

I have four children... first symptom with all of them was a missed period. Symptoms will vary from person to person. It will also vary as to when each symptom may show up. Some women will have signs even before their period is late, others will not realize they are pregnant for several weeks, and a few not until they are a few months into it.

Since it is not uncommon to miss a period every now and then, some doctors will suggest waiting until you have missed two periods before coming in for a pregnancy test. If cycles are irregular to begin with, this makes it a little more difficult to use as a gauge for possible pregnancy.

Like you said, you can try another test in a few more days or so, or wait until you would be due next month.
