    What does 'fa+(ca-cl)=ltl+oe'mean
    I know the first part is Fixed assets - working capital= long term liabilities + OE?
    What is OE? And what does this formula mean?

    I searched Google but could not find anything...

    fixed assets + ( current assets less
    current liabilities) equals
    long term liabilities + owners' equity.
