Low water volume at single kitchen faucet
Low water volume because of Canadian laws.
I have a single Moen kitchen tap. I want to increase the volume of water. How can I take apart this tap and drill out the small water supply hole?

You don't! Water enters through the inlet ports on the cartridge,(see image).
Please explain a little more about the water entering your house. Pump or city water? Do you wish to increase the volume or the pressure? Have you removed the aerator,(see image) from the spout and checked the screens. Try turning the water back on and see if the stream isn't stronger.
    Let me know. Tom
