Step sisters right to mums estate
My mum has passed and left a will which she has named a few things left to my step sister which she refers to in the will as my daughter I leave the clock, then the estate (house) she leaves to my children, my solicitor has advised this is only left to blood children but my sister is contesting the fact she called her my daughter in the will, will this stand in court for my step sister to get part of the estate

No way to know - if you paid for a solicitor's advice, I would take it. I do see the "daughter" vs "stepdaughter" language being a problem in the US but it does not appear you are in the US.
