Legal access to expartner's wife child
Separated from partner 12 months ago we have three children.
Now he is married with a child on the way.
What rights and access do I have to this child?
My partners new wife has access to my/our three children.

Why would you want access to your ex partner's wife's child?

Your ex and you share custody of your children probaby. Right ? I can see why she would be in the picture as she is living with him. When he has his kids, she is there.

I don't see why you would have access to her child.

    Equal Rights
I want access to my ex partners child to be able to form a meaningful relationship with my/our children's step brother or sister.
I need to know if I have any legal rights for access to their child.

SAB, please don't initiate new posts. You don't have to. Answer under the replies to your post. No you don't have any legal rights to her child by him.

You have no legal standing and, therefore, no "rights" concerning anyone else's children.
