    Using Proactiv
Alrighttt, so I've been using ProActiv for my moderate acne, for about a little over a month now and it started healing a little at first, but then eventually it came back
So I got the trial which included The Cleanser, The Toner, The Lotion, and The Refining Mask.

    Am I applying it correctly?

Basically I put on the cleanser, dry it off with warm water and dry.
Then add the Toner on a cotton ball, and rub gently on acne.
Wait for it to dry for about 20 minutes, and add The Lotion

I'm also confused as to when I should use the Refining Mask, twice a day? Before or after shower? Before or after applying the other products?

It doesn't work. Don't waste your money. See a dermatologist and I bet you'll finally love your skin. I've been there... tried everything including Proactiv until I finally got a prescription.

    Good luck to you!

Skin can basically become immune to some products when you use them for respective amounts of time- for proactive, about a month seems to be right. Regardless of how efficiently you are using it, your skin will eventually stop reacting to the medicine.

Try something else, Proactive doesn't do much of what it claims to.

Many of my friends say that proactive WILL get rid of your acne. But if you do not do it right or if you stop even for just a day, it will come back. I suggest going to the dermatologist
