Identify artist signature on colored print?
    Hi,
Thanks for any help on identifying the artist's signature on this print. I know very little about prints so any information about the artist, scene, print itself would be appreciated.
    Thanks in advance!

I have good news and bad news. The good news is the artist is Luigi Kasimir. The bad news is his family probably signed this after his death. Kasimir signed to the right of the image and the family, who maintained the rights to his plates for producing etchings, signed center. Check him out online... great artist.

I would check online for Kasimir's work, but I believe you have a pencil signed etching and even if signed by family, it still would be worth at least $200.

Check Robert Kasimir. The more I looked at the signature, the more it looked like Robert and not Luigi. Both signatures are tough to read. At any rate, you have a Kasimir etching, I believe, and they are beautiful. Enjoy! Rick
