Tempstar fan bumping on and off every couple of seconds
    Hello all,
I have a brand new home in central Florida with a builder installed Tempstar heat pump. The fan is with the compressor in the outside unit and the air handler is inside the house. The model # is N4H342AKA200. The problem is when I turn the air on after the unit runs for 5 or so minutes the outside fan starts to kick on and off every couple of seconds. I checked the high condensate float switch and everything seems to be fine, no condensate even in the top drain hole. When it was cool a week or so ago I had the tech out and of course I could not get the system to repeat the problem. Now that it is warm again the problem has started back. Does anyone have any Idea what is going on. I am calling the tech back out but for my knowledge I would like some possible problems. I'm not the kind of guy who is going to tell the tech how to do his job, but maybe if I have an Idea I could mention "a possible problem" to him in passing conversation.

    Thanks for any help.
