    ivf/surrogacy laws
What are the issues involved in ivf/surrogacy? What are the legal principles relevant to ivf/surrogacy issues? What is the effectiveness of the current law of ivf/surrogacy? Have there been any significant changes to the law recently (last 2-4 years)? How do they compare to the older laws? What are possible solutions and their impact on society and why?

Its for an assignment, but I can hardly find any information about it, on the internet. I also went to the local library but they didn't have many books about either.
