Hi I was put on probation in Illinois 04/07 was violated for a dirty drop and while sitting in court to see the Judge over the violation I got scared I was gng to get locked up and left the court room before they called my name. I know there is a warrant and I want to turn myself in. Probation would have been over 04/08 . Is there any chance of being reinstated or terminazted unsatisfactory?

"I left before tcalled my name the public defender told me that I would be taken into custody most likely, I have contacted an attorney and sent him his fee . He as of today has not yet filed paper work he is trying to get probation reinstated and transfere for me. I know the judge I have has a reputation for not being so nice. Just want to know what might happen to me."

So what does your attorney say about that? You said you did retain an attorney.

There is no such thing as being "terminated unsatisfactory".
