    Hi folks,
    I am F1 student(india), I paid $3000 college tution fee during my CPT and I havenot got any 1098-T form from my college. While filing my taxes can I file for this amount?
    Am I eligible to get 1098-T from college?. any suggestions

    You will file nonresident tax return Form 1040NR or 1040NR-EZ with Form 8843. On non-resident tax return, you do not get tuition and fee deduction or education credit. Read: Your U.S. Tax Return: U.S. Tax Filing Requirements for Non-Residents
