Need to change upper ball joint/control arm on a 1998 ford f-150, 2wheel drive. Pictures would be nice also

Sorry, Unless you have actually done it before it is best left to the professionals. Without the right tools in hand you will do little more than make a mess of things. Not trying to be mean here, but this is the sort of job that is not for the average DIY'er and does require a front end alignment afterwords.
