I'm looking for the title to a cartoon that came out years ago on T.V. It featured a thin scragley looking lion with a raspy sounding voice who tried desperately to convince the other jungle animals who was Boss with his one line phrase of "I'm King of this here Jungle!". Followed by a chronic cough when he would attempt to roar. All the other animals would laugh uncontrollably in ridicule especially taunted by one large elephant who would reply, "King of the jungle" Heh, Heh, Heh!. King of the Jungle, Heh, Heh, Heh, Heh, that's a laugh!
Does anyone remember this cartoon?

Yes - who could forget George! I just remember there being animal characters in the show as well, a scrawny lion arguing that he was the king of the jungle sounds like he would fit right in! - Sorry I wasn't any help - good luck!
