I have a 2001 model Kolher command 25 on a riding lawn mower. It will not run without the choke pulled at least 3/4 of the way out. I have checked the gas lines replaced fuel filter,replaced air filter and replaced spark plugs nothing I have done helps. The tractor has about 329 hours on it. Could it be the carburator. I can find no adjustment on it.
