I paid my last month rent on August 1st 2008 and my lease was up on August 31, 2008. I notified the land lord that I will be moving out when my lease ended, and give them in writing of this six months prior to my moving. Now how can the land lord put on my credit report the I was evicted, when I didn't go through an eviction process?

He can do anything he wants until you protest and change what has been reported.
