Have you tried the Dell site? There is 'tag number' on the computer that can be used to find the computer on their site. They're pretty good at having drivers available. If that doesn't do it, you'll need to identify your audio card. Is it built into the motherboard or is it a stand-alone card?

First you must contact the Dell support. If they didn't help you then you can try yourself.
Find out the motherboard CD and insert in the CD ROM.
Try to run the CD as auto play then it will install all the drivers automatically or you can install the drivers manually(audio driver).
Open the CD the find out the audio driver and open it then click on the setup file.
If you don't have motherboard cd then download from driver download.com
