Hi' I 've a Glacier Bay Kitchen Faucet, There is no water come out after shout the main water line off to replace an 1/2" hose bibb, So I replace the cartridge for theGlacier Bay Faucet, But still no water come out, Can some one tell me what is wrong Please, Thanks

Remove and Clean your Aerator ( the removable device on tip of your faucet's spout ). Run water w/o aerator for few seconds. Reinstall Aerator.

In addition to Milos advice, unscrew the aerator,(see image) and check and clean the screens. Careful! Put them back in the same order. But before you screw the aerator back on the spout turn the water back on. You should have a full stream coming out of the spout. If not, then shut the water off, pull the cartridge and check and clean the inlet ports. Now place a pan over the open valve and turn the water back on to flush out the supplies and open valve body.
