I am just wondering if nyone els has had this issue.
I am about 3 1/2 weeks late. I am overwieght but usually regular. I have been feeling fatigue but also working a lot. Not able to sleep well. My breasts have been tender but that has seemed to go awa now. And now have had two spots of blood when I whip. Thought this was my period starting but haven't had anymore bleeding.
Please let me know what you think.

Have you tried taking a pregnancy test yet? Pregnancy certainly would be one possibility. Could be your period is just going to be late too. Try a pregnancy test and see what results you get.

That would be my first opinion to take a pregnancy test. It could be anything
