I am in the army, I claim Oregon as my state of resisdence but live in Washington State. My wife who lives in Washington and works in Washington, files for WA state. My question is, do I file for Oregon and Wa State? We want to file jointly on federal taxes.

You file for Oregon as Married Filing Jointly, but do NOT include your wife's income in the Oregon return.

BTW, Washington has NO state income tax.
