Will the jjudge look at my disk?
I submitted a disk not to long ago that my judge did not look at because I failed to submit it to the other party. I have had new developments since our hearing and would like for her to look at it this time. If I resubmit it with proof I sent it to him will she watch it this time ?

    Hello again, need:

Evidence is only "evidence" if it meets certain criteria. In other words, it can't be heresy evidence, and it must be relevant to a specific issue in contention, among others.

If it doesn't meet that criteria, it won't be entered into evidence.

Just wanting the judge to see it, isn't enough.

Even if you properly submit the disk, it may not be used as evidence as excon noted. What is the nature of the information?
