My fiancé and I recently signed a contract for a house. We jumped into it too quick,now we relize the interest rate it way to high and the neighbors are just horable harassing us calling the city, now they are even messing with my income can we get out of this and if not what will happen if we just walk away?I think they are predatory lenders.

When you say you signed a contract, did you sign a mortgage or a land contract?

"Too high of an interest rate" isn't a defense; if it was, thousands of people would still have their homes.

"Bad neighbors" isn't a defense either. What grounds are they using to complain? If they don't have a valid complaint, you can call them in for harassment. Also, how are your neighbors "messing" with your income?
