I have a Maytag dryer, model number MDE9606AYW. It squeaks whenever I run it (it comes and goes, but is pretty constant and seems to be getting worse). How do I know if it is a problem with a roller or something else?

You take the unit apart and check for wear on the components is how you find out where the problem is. If you search this board you will see where many people use lubricant on areas like the rear bearing etc to make them run quiet for awhile.
