SA? Is that surface area?

Take an octagon (presumably a regular octagon). Note that all edges are the same length. Draw lines between vertices like the attached picture. You have a square in the middle (you know how to calculate its surface area, right?). You have four rectangles and four right triangles. Calculate the area of each of those and add everything together.
