I came off my period 4 days ago and have had a weird discharge ever since, its clear and has gray bits in it. What is this? Is it normal? Because I've never had it before

In all likelihood it is just remnants from your period. See what happens over the next several days. If it increases, has a strong odor, or you start to itch check with your doctor.
