I have the iud mirena and eversince I don't have a period and I act and feel pregnant all the time but I also cannot get and stay wet does anybody know anything I can do to help without getting iud removed

You need to talk to your OB/Gyn about this.

Go to the doctor...that's NOT normal...

This is common with the Mirena and is considered an undesirable side effect. Go back to your GYN and discuss other options that are available for you.
